64 bit and jit

Getting at data often done using IP relative addressing
  movl offset(%ip), %r1
  %r1 := *(%ip + offset)

where -2^31 <= offset < 2^31

Only needs one instruction to get to its data.
Can only reach 2 GB to either side.
